Governance

A Board of Directors elected by the membership guides the South Florida AGC. The board is comprised of the Officers, President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and Immediate Past President, (all of whom must be General Contractors), and seven other Contractor Directors, along with three Associate Directors.
